Steve Palenscar has obtain the Certified Insurance Counselor or "CIC" designation. The CIC involves attending and passing a comprehensive exam at the following institutes:
- Personal Lines
- Commercial Casualty
- Commercial Property
- Life & Health
- Agency Management
