Steve Palenscar

Steve is a licensed agent for both property & casualty insurance as well as life, accident & health insurance. A graduate of the National Alliance School for Producer Development, Steve is a Certified Insurance Counselor, Licensed Insurance Advisor and a notary public. Steve is pursuing the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter designation. Steve focuses on providing business owners in a variety of industries with the appropriate property, liability, umbrella, auto, flood and workers compensation coverage.

Prior to joining Foley & Palenscar, Steve was a corporate finance consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP and Corporate Finance Group, Inc. Steve received his undergraduate degree in business administration magna cum laude from Babson College. Steve is a member of the Neponset Valley Chamber of Commerce and the Massachusetts Association of Insurance Agents and volunteers at the Dedham Community House.

Kathy Palenscar
Agent at Foley & Palenscar Insurance

Kathy worked at the Norfolk & Dedham Group® in Dedham and a Waltham agency prior to joining Foley & Palenscar Insurance Agency. Kathy is a licensed property & casualty insurance agent and specializes in providing individuals and families with a range of home, auto, flood and umbrella insurance options.

A graduate of Ursuline Academy in Dedham, Kathy received her undergraduate degree in psychology cum laude from Regis College in Weston. Kathy is a volunteer for the Dedham Food Pantry, an avid long-distance runner and is working towards her Pilates instruction certification. Kathy and her husband Steve live in Dedham with their two children.

Kera Conlon
Account Manager at Foley & Palenscar Insurance

Kera has served in numerous administrative positions in the course of her career including working in the Massachusetts Senate for the Majority Leader to executive assistant to the C.E.O. of Boston City Hospitals, a predecessor to the Boston Medical Center.

Kera graduated at the top of her class from Burdett College. She is an avid boater, cook and enjoys spending time with her family on Cape Cod.

Kim Malone
Account Manager at Foley & Palenscar Insurance

Prior to joining Foley & Palenscar Insurance Agency, Kim was in the financial industry for eighteen years with State Street Corporation in their Investment Custody and Accounting Division. Kim is currently working towards obtaining her property and casualty license.

Kim received her undergraduate degree in accounting from Bentley University in Waltham. Kim lives in Dedham with her family and is currently secretary and registrar of Dedham Pop Warner football.
